Messy maddness at nursery…
Over the last week we have been enjoying lots of messy play activities across all rooms, both indoor and outdoors. Our friends have been investigating the different textures of gloop, jelly baff, paint and much more. Sensory experiences are a great way for children to learn a variety of skills to support many areas of development.

Sarah set up this wonderful activity to support the children’s interests in animals. She used shaving foam, paint, sand and glitter to create this sensory terrain. “it’s soft”, “lion live on grass”, “wash in the water” said some of the children.
