As mentioned in a previous blog one of the concepts of ‘Hygge’ is bringing nature inside. Sonia placed our parsley plant in the middle of the breakfast table this morning and it sure sparked a rich conversation. The children were intrigued about the look of the plant, asking questions like ‘why is it upside down?’, ‘what does it need to eat?’, ‘can plants drink milk?’. Sonia explained that plants need water and sunlight to grow and that we must look after them.
