This afternoon Lucy joined a group of children in the 2-3’s room for a story inspired yoga session as it’s World Book Day. Lucy used a ‘funny bones’ story and the children completed stretches, actions and breathing exercises along to the book.
Yoga is a great way to teach children not only physical skills but it really promotes listening and attention skills too.
Thank you Lucy 🙂
