Trip to Combe Pafford ~ Making Pizza!

Today we went on our fortnightly trip to Combe Pafford. We were lucky enough to make our own pizza and it was very exciting!
First, we learnt about the safety of using kitchen tools and had a demonstration from a member of staff.
We were then given the opportunity to cut up our own ingredients to put on our pizzas! We used courgette, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and mozzarella cheese!
Next, we had a talk about pizza dough and how to use our rolling pins to roll it in to a pizza shape!
Lastly, we were able to put the toppings we had chopped up on to our pizzas, not forgetting to put a tomato base on first!
We took our pizza’s home when they were cooked and told everyone about our new pizza making skills!
Our trip to Combe Pafford, as always was lot’s of fun and we can’t wait for our next trip!
