Watcombe Childrens Centre Nursery are looking for a Cook / General Housekeeper to join our team. The role will include cooking a two course lunch, from fresh, for about 60 children daily. Duties will also include serving and general kitchen duties.

You will also prepare snacks, maintain checks and hygiene requirements in the nursery and prepare food orders for shopping.

This role is for 20 hours (minimum) per week. This post requires a person that is passionate and enthusiastic about cooking.

The successful candidate will need to have a DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service), and this will be paid by the company if you haven’t already joined the Update Service. If you leave within 12 months then we will be entitled to deduct the cost of the DBS from your last month’s pay. As an employee you will be expected to join the Update Service and this will form part of your terms of contract.
