The children have been very busy this morning harvesting some of the fruit and vegetables that we have been growing in the garden. A group helped Lucy to cut some of the rhubarb ready for Lottie - so she could make us a yummy crumble for pudding. The 0-2's children used a combination of scissors and their hands (freshly washed) to cut some of the cress they have been growing. They then added this to egg. Lottie used this to make egg and cress sandwiches for tea! We can't wait to use more of our fruit and vegetables to cook with.
