Exploring paint in the 2-3’s room this week…

This week in the 2-3’s room we have had an inviting paint activity set up in our craft area. This is a simple but effective activity and can work really well for those children who don’t particularly like getting messy. We used the flat top of the tuff tray and covered it in a generous layer of cling film and then blobs of paint. We then repeated the layering of cling film, ensuring that all paint was sealed. Staff modelled how to move the paint around the flat surface by pushing it with our fingers and hands. Why not try this at home.
